According to online reports:

A man in India complaining of stomach pain had a hysterectomy after doctors discovered a full female reproductive system in his lower abdomen.

The farmer and father of two, identified only as Ryalu, was admitted to a hospital near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where doctors diagnosed him with a hernia, the Daily Telegraph reported.

When doctors proceeded with the routine operation, they discovered a female uterus, ovaries, Fallopian tubes, a cervix and vaginal tissue.

Dr Pramod Kumar Shrivastava, a surgeon at the Chhindwara district hospital, told the Daily Telegraph that Ryalu had external male organs and was healthy.

Although Ryalu is medically considered a hermaphrodite, his hormones and sexuality are male, Shrivastava said.

Ryalu, who was said to be as "stunned" as his doctors at the discovery, is recovering in the hospital and is being supported by his family.

"A Virginia prison inmate born a male but surgically altered to be female because of severe birth defects has filed suit against state officials. Though convicted of 11 felonies as a male and imprisoned in the all-male Deerfield Correctional Center, the state birth certificate for Deena Kaye Myers, also known as Scott Myers, says she is female. Among other things, Myers' suit complains that she is being held in an all-male dormitory, that the department has refused to transfer her to a female prison, and that her rights under the Constitution and the American Disabilities Act have been violated. The suit filed this month asks for $25 million in damages and that prison authorities change her records to show that she is female and that she be transferred to a female facility. Myers' suit alleges officials told her she would not be transferred to a female prison because she was sent to prison as a male when sentenced. Myers was sentenced starting in 2001 for robbery, auto theft and other crimes in Danville and Pittsylvania County. Larry Traylor, spokesman for the Virginia Department of Corrections, said the department does not comment on pending litigation. Myers was born Christmas Eve 1981 with a birth defect so severe that males with the condition were often surgically altered to females. Myers was sent from Danville Memorial Hospital to Duke University Medical Center for a series of neonatal operations. In 2009, Kaeo-Tomaselli was sentenced to 10 years in prison, for a crime that she (or he) wouldn’t specify. Upon the arrest, he was placed in a men’s prison where he was raped. According to reports, “she (or he) was sexually assaulted by an inmate during her first week in prison, and was being transferred to the Women's Community Correctional Center 2 months later, where she remains. Dione Kae-Tomaselli is seeking punitive damages for, “cruel and unusual punishment, gross negligence, deliberate indifference, sexual assault and battery and negligent infliction of emotional stress”.

The 46 year old warehouse worker took his dog in for a check-up at the vet where he was told that she was born as a hermaphrodite. The vet's surgeon Richard Weston later revealed that he never encountered a canine hermaphrodite during his 30 years of practice in Wigan, Great Manchester. It's being reported that it took two surgery sessions to remove Saira's male sex organs during a gender reassignment process and now the canine is living life as a female and can even birth puppies.

A 59 year old passenger arriving at Dulles International Airport in Virginia from Ghana en route to Maryland - on Dec 3 didn't make it through the Customs and Border control. The passenger's suitcase contained a hedgehog, elephant tails, chameleons, skins from genets (a catlike species indigenous to Africa), seed pods, sheets soaked with the blood of sacrificed chickens and a lot of soil and herbs. The passenger revealed to agents that these items were for spiritual purposes.

In 1937, Life Magazine ran a article entitled, "Black Haiti: Where Old Africa and the New World Meet" - this article provided nine steps on how to conduct a voodoo ritual. It also provides a clear understanding as to reasons why the 59 year old Ghana passenger was carrying such items into Maryland. Are members of a Voodoo cult residing somewhere in Maryland? The 59 year old passenger wasn't charged with any crimes; however, officials incinerated all of the items, except for the elephant tails, which violated endangered species laws. They were seized by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Yep - test results have confirmed that 62 Year Old Vivian Wheeler is the biological mother of Richard Lorenc. Vivian was born as a hermaphrodite at birth, her mother asked doctors to remove her male genitals and at age five, she (or he) was sent to work in sideshows. These sideshows lead representatives from The Guinness Book of Records to recognized Vivian and her usual male contours and facial hairs. She (or he) has been noted in the Guinness Book as a female having grown the longest beard ever.

Vivian later married and had a son name Richard. Richard was taken from his mother when he was three years old and he became adopted at age seven.

The NJ.com reports:

The victim of a fatal shooting in Maplewood on Sunday was a woman, not a man, as had first been reported, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office announced today.

Victoria Carmen White was a post-operative transgender female having undergone sex reassignment surgery, the prosecutor’s office said. Her birth name was James White, the name authorities provided following her death.

Her birth certificate was legally changed to reflect the new name. Her age was also incorrect; she was 28 years old, not 29.

White, of Newark, was killed at 5 a.m. in a relative’s home on the 100 block of Jacoby Street. The case is still being investigated, and no arrest has been made or motive given.

The Aol News has reported:

The 33-year-old Kansas man had always been curious about his birth parents, but with a wife and two young daughters, he was busy making a life of his own. After a recent back injury led to multiple medical exams and many questions about his family medical history, he decided it was time to start digging.

His search began this past spring, when he filed a request with the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services to find his biological parents.

It also informed him that both his mother and his maternal grandmother had hypertrichosis, known as werewolf syndrome. Each had facial hair, even as children. The letter further stated that his mother was born a hermaphrodite, with both male and female reproductive organs.

Here's more information on the Yimpininni women of Australia:

•Sistergirls don't like to be referred to as "gays". They prefer the term "women". They also reject a lot of the myths about them, both from the mainstream and from Indigenous society. Firstly, they reject the claim that they are "unnatural". A Sistergirl is born, not made. It is clear by the age of two or three if a person has been born this way, and when they get to the age of six, parents give them to older sistergirls to look after because they're in that special category.

•Sistergirls are distinct from the wider homosexual community, as they have their own internal law. They have their own customs, rituals, rules and leadership, and as such are a separate cultural group rather than part of an undifferentiated "gay" category defined by broad definitions of lifestyle or sexuality choices.

•Sistergirls reject early anthropological studies of Tiwi society, which omitted their identity from the texts. Transgenderism has been a part of Tiwi custom since time out of mind, but in the old days the Sistergirls were called "Yimpininni", and were honoured, rather than subjected to the rape, violence and marginalisation that came with western colonialism. There's a serious issue brewing in Houston, Texas. The Hermaphrodite Justin Graham Purdue has transitioned into a female name "Nikki". Nikki has managed to marry a Wharton firefighter without disclosing his past life as a male.

According to many websites, he changed his name from Justin to Nikki in 1996. In his request for a name change, he wrote the following: "I, Justin Purdue, am a woman with male anatomy, working toward a sex change. I have been living and working as a woman for over one year and seek to make my new name legal and permanent."

If you are a frequent reader of this site, it is a well known fact that, it takes ten years for a hermaphrodite to fully transition into their selected gender. After Nikki's transformation was complete, she (or he rather...) met a heterosexual male name Captain Thomas Araguz in a Church in 2007 and two years later they were married (September 2, 2009).

A few months later, Thomas began to question Nikki about her past life. Nikki revealed that she was born a "he". This news didn't sit well with Thomas and as a result their marriage began to deteriorate.

On July 4, 2010, Thomas was killed in the line of duty while battling a blaze in Houston, Texas.

Shortly after his memorial service, his immediate family members sued his wife for fraud...

The Hermaphrodite Justin Graham Purdue or Nikki Purdue is fighting for Thomas estate currently valued at $600.000.

It has been reported that Charles Darwin was birth through incest and that he married his cousin; who birthed children that were born of ill defects.

According to reports:

Charles Darwin, the author of the theory of evolution, may have been right to worry that his children’s health had been affected by the inbreeding in his own family, especially that of his wife, Emma Wedgwood, who was his first cousin.

A calculation based on first-cousin marriages over four generations of the two dynasties suggests that Darwin’s children had a mild degree of inbreeding, measured by the chance of inheriting the same version of a gene from both parents. Possible consequences of inbreeding can be seen in the children’s illnesses and degree of infertility, three researchers report in the current issue of BioScience.

Darwin, after discovering the lack of vigor in inbred plants, worried that first-cousin marriages like his own might have adverse genetic effects, and that his own children might be affected.

The Inside Edition has reported that John Mark Karr known for admitting that he killed JonBenét Ramsey has fully transitioned into a female.

According to their website:

The notorious John Mark Karr is undergoing a big transformation! Here's what he looks like now, after a sex change.

INSIDE EDITION has obtained the first photo of Karr as a woman. It's on his Facebook page. He's also legally changed his name to Alexis Reich.

And check this out...he lists Alexis's birthday as January 1st, 1980. That would make Karr just 30 years old. But he's actually 45. It's a strange new turn for the man who became infamous after falsely confessing to killing JonBenét Ramsey.

Karr apparently started changing his sexual identity in 2006, taking female hormones. For a time, he put the sex change process on hold and got engaged to Brook Simmons.

When INSIDE EDITION interviewed the couple three years ago, we asked about Karr's intention to get a sex change operation.

INSIDE EDITION asked, "There were reports that you were taking hormones to prepare for a sex change. Is that true?"

"Yeah, it was true at the time," said Karr.

INSIDE EDITION asked Simmons, "Do you have any comments about that?"

"Yes, I disagree with that. The sex change. I do. I'm not gonna lie. I disagree with it," said Simmons.

No surprise, the relationship didn't last, and Karr went ahead with his plans to become a woman. Today, he looks a lot like his former fiancé, with long brown hair and delicate features.

So where is he now? Court documents obtained by INSIDE EDITION show that he's living in Seattle. When we went there to check out the address, it turned out to be just a mail drop. It's believed Karr is out of the country today. Possibly back in Thailand where he first was arrested, living a new life, as a woman.has transitioned into a female name Alexis Reich.

A Filipino singer who sings both the male and female parts of songs like "Endless Love" is causing endless speculation on whether he is a he, a she or a combination of both.

Reggie Ramirez, 34, a singer from Davao City, Philippines, has become a Susan Boyle-like Internet sensation after performing a startling duet of "Endless Love" on the show "Pilipinas Got Talent."

Ramirez, who says he went on the show to find his long-lost brother, performs as half-man and half-female, complete with a pink dress on the left side of his body and a tuxedo on the right.

Adding to the effect is the fact that Ramirez has a beard on the "male" half of his body, although it looks augmented.

Ramirez's looks -- and vocal range -- are startling enough that folks who see the video are wondering if the singer really does possess equal parts of both genders.

...has announced that she (or he) will return to the arena of Athletic competitions.

According to reports:

South African Caster Semenya will return to competitive athletics on June 24 in a meeting in Zaragoza, Spain.

The 19-year-old, who stormed to victory in the women's 800 meters at the world championships last year, has not competed since claiming gold in Berlin, after which questions were raised about her gender.

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) asked Semenya to undertake a gender test but, despite the results of that test expected to be released last November, the IAAF announced last month that the case had still not been concluded.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Semenya said: "Together with my coach and agent, I have decided that I will return to competitive athletics at the EAA meeting to be held on June 24 in Zaragoza, Spain.

"I reiterate that, based on medical and legal advice, I am firmly of the view there are no impediments to me racing in female athletics competitions."

According to reports:

An award-winning video director repeatedly raped his daughters to create a 'pure' bloodline that would survive Doomsday, a court has heard.

Aswad Ayinde, who won an MTV award for directing The Fugees' 'Killing Me Softly', fathered six children with his daughters from the mid-1980s until 2002, New Jersey prosecutors said.

Many of the rapes took place in an abandoned funeral home. He even delivered the babies himself in a bid to keep his depraved plot secret.

Ayinde, 51, also had nine children with his former wife, Beverly, and amother three with two other women in Brooklyn, according to court documents.

Testifying at a pre-trial hearing in New Jersey, Beverly Ayinde said: 'He said the world was going to end, and it was just going to be him and his offspring and that he was chosen.

Ayinde, also known as Charles McGill, faces the first of five trials next month - one for each daughter he allegedly abused, said prosecutor Lisa Squitieri.

The video director faces 27 charges including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, lewdness, child endangerment, aggravated criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual contact.

The social questions of how to accommodate transgendered people have tended to focus on locker rooms, schools, and pubic restrooms. In Italy, another facet of the debate has already been resolved with the planned opening of the world’s first jail for transgendered prisoners.

The facility is due to open in March in the Italian town of Empoli, which is located near Florence, reported Independent Online in a Jan. 28 article. The facility, set to house 30 transgendered inmates, will be situated in an olive tree grove, and will include a rec room, a library, greenhouses, a vineyard, and other amenities. The facility was formerly used to house female prisoners.
